Become a member of the Clovelly Public School P&C Association

New Member Registration AND Existing Member Renewal

Membership of the Clovelly Public School Parent and Citizen (CPS P&C) Association is eligible to all parents and guardians of pupils attending the school, and to all citizens within the school catchment.

Membership is renewed annually, via completion of this form and payment of the annual membership fee.

Financial members are entitled to vote and be involved in the decision making of the CPS P&C.

Financial members agree to abide by the Constitution, By-Laws, Policies and Procedures of the CPS P&C.

There are a number of ways to become a member:

  1. Submit a membership form in person with payment at a CPS P&C meeting
  2. Email equivalent details (Name, Member Type, Mobile Phone Number, Email Address, Payment Reference) to hello@clovellypublicpandc.com OR
  3. Make an online payment below, before being redirected to the online membership form

In accordance with the CPS P&C By-Laws, para 7: Any person eligible for membership may become a member or renew membership by paying the required membership fee of $1.00 as resolved by the CPS P&C Association. Membership will remain current until the close of the following AGM.

By completing one of the methods above, you acknowledge that you are aware of, and agree to follow the Constitution, By-Laws, Policies and Procedures as adopted by the CPS P&C Association.
