Become a member
We invite all parents, guardians and citizens to become a member of the P&C. Membership costs $1 annually.
Participate on the board
Members of the board are able to undertake their position for a total of three years. Each year at the P&C Annual General Meeting (AGM), the parent group elects the P&C office bearers to carry out the decisions and responsibilities of the P&C. The AGM is held at the first meeting of the calendar year in February. Please contact the P&C if you are interested in taking an officer position, all nominees are welcome.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the board, we encourage you to participate in our monthly meetings and AGM. We also recommend that you show your interest and commitment by volunteering at our many school events, activities and services.
Participate on a sub-committee
Our sub-committees take responsibility for the many events, fundraisers, school improvement activities and services offered at Clovelly Public School. You’ll see notifications for positions that need filling listed here.
Many of our sub-committees also require regular and occasional volunteers to provide their services, and by volunteering, you’ll show your commitment to taking part in a sub-committee.
Our active, friendly school community is vital to making Clovelly Public School a wonderful place. Volunteering at the school is a great way to meet new people, give back and give your kids a kick out of seeing you (or grandparents, aunties, uncles and carers) involved at the school.
We provide a wide range of services for our families and school community at Clovelly Public School:
